The Royal Opera House is in Covent Garden, in the heart of London's theatreland. Entrances are on Bow Street and from the Covent Garden Piazza.

There is step-free access across the Royal Opera House, from our ground-floor café and foyer to a range of seats in our performance spaces. We also offer a free, specialized Access Membership to all visitors who need assistance. This service provides access to various facilities such as personalized seat allocation based on your requirements, ticket discounts, free companion tickets and more.

Everyone is require to wear a face covering that covers both their mouth and nose throughout their time in the Royal Opera House, unless they are exempt. Please let us know if you lip-read, or require to see the facial features of our staff – we will ensure that your guide wears a visor instead of a mask.
